As a Partner Manager at Workato, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnership development and management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing and new partner relationships in your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-wide partnership strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with senior-level executives at partner companies, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and performance metrics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools, with a proven ability to leverage data insights to drive business outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
