About the Opportunity

We are a dynamic and growing team at Hospice UK, with ambitious plans to expand our corporate partnerships and develop new revenue streams. As a Senior Corporate Engagement Lead, you will play a key role in driving growth and development in our partnerships, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing partnership strategies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of our partners. You will also work closely with our Income Generation team to ensure seamless delivery of our corporate partnerships, and collaborate with other departments to identify new revenue streams and develop innovative programs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced partnership manager with a proven track record of driving growth and development in corporate partnerships. You will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to engage with employees, stakeholders, and external partners. A deep understanding of the healthcare sector is essential, as well as a passion for making a positive impact through your work.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 2 years, a matched pension scheme up to 7% of salary, and support for staff with caring responsibilities.
