Job Description

Hospice UK is a national charity dedicated to providing support, leadership, and expertise for over 200 member hospices across the UK. Our mission is to champion hospice care and support those in need.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our corporate partnerships portfolio, worth £1.2m, and drive growth through strategic relationship management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnership development, client growth, and project management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Corporate Development team and contribute to ambitious plans to diversify our corporate income and develop new revenue streams.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees, write compelling propositions, and manage bespoke corporate relationships. You will work closely with our diverse portfolio of partners, including Aspire Pharma, Co-op Bank, National Garden Scheme, Dignity Funerals, and People's Postcode Lottery.

About Us:

Hospice UK offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a hybrid work culture, allowing you to balance your needs and work effectively from home or in our London office. Other benefits include:

  • 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 2 years) + 10 additional days every 5th year
