About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Services Manager at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational delivery of family-centred care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in paediatric palliative care, leadership, and management, with a proven track record of developing and delivering clinical services. They will be responsible for supporting the team in providing clinical and holistic care support to our patients and their families, as well as leading the development of new initiatives and services.

This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our patients and their families. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records and reports.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The hospice is located in North London, and the successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of shift patterns, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
