**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Prospectus. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement account plans, focusing on new business (60%) and account management (40%). Your primary objective will be to deliver the charity's high-value and multi-year partnership program.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of six-figure partnerships and adeptly growing and extending existing relationships. Your expertise in building and managing pipelines and generating income from corporate donors will be invaluable in this role.
