Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Alliance and Partnership Support department, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence through strategic collaborations, ensuring the success of our partnership model, and assisting with partner identification, recruitment, management, and other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support categorization of partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities.
  • Engage potential partners, communicate our value proposition, and assist in negotiating beneficial collaboration terms.
  • Support the definition of partner incentives, commissions, and additional benefits.
  • Draft clear collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and update comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners.
  • Ensure partners understand the features and benefits of our pharmacovigilance software.

Relationship Management:
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales, and address challenges in collaboration with the Director.
  • Support positioning RxLogix as a thought leader in pharmacovigilance through partner channels.

Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (or related field) with an MBA or Master's in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy.
  • Experience in the BioPharma R&D software and services industry is essential.
  • Possesses a robust network of key leaders and decision-makers in potential partner companies, facilitating strategic collaborations.
