Strategic Retail Partnership Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Strategic Retail Partnership Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new partnerships with retail brands across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with retail brands, negotiating the best rates and offers for our members.
- Contract Management: Take full accountability for partnerships and contracts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and benefits to our members.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of partnered suppliers, ensuring they deliver high-quality services that meet our members' expectations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze redemption, data analytics, and demand to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth through partnership development.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Hybrid work possibilities, allowing you to balance work and personal life.
- Annual Leave: 25 days per annum, plus 3 additional days in the third year.
- Paid Sabbatical: One month paid sabbatical after every 5 years of service.
