Senior Sales Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at VP PLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a challenging role that will drive revenue growth and profitability.
Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from dormant and new business accounts through telephone and email communication. You will work closely with the internal sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profit. Your main responsibility will be to support the regional operations team in achieving agreed KPI's and business standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate Spend: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing revenue from dormant and new accounts through telephone and email communication.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the wider sales teams to share leads and opportunities within the customer pyramid, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing revenue growth.
- Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed agreed revenue and profit targets, demonstrating exceptional performance and driving business success.
- Customer Care: Deliver high levels of customer care, adhering to customer SLA's and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with all activities, providing accurate and timely data to inform business decisions.
- Performance Analysis: Review and utilize monthly sales KPI reports, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Culture Development: Assist the head of sales support in building a respectful 'one team' culture across the sales and operations teams, promoting collaboration and excellence.
- Excellent Telephone Manner: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Intermediate IT Skills: Demonstrate intermediate IT skills, including the ability to analyze data and maintain accurate records.
- Team Player: Be an enthusiastic team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to the success of the business.
- Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
