Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist to oversee the revenue strategy for multiple hotels within our portfolio. If you are a data-driven professional with a passion for maximising revenue and market share, this is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimise hotel performance, including pricing, inventory control, and distribution across all channels for all areas of the hotel.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate revenue forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities to maximise profitability.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer trends to adjust pricing strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hotel management teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and operational execution, enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Reporting: Produce detailed revenue reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending actions to improve financial outcomes.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimise all distribution channels, ensuring that our hotels are always competitively positioned across online and offline platforms.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and training to property-level revenue teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:- Proven Experience: Proven experience in revenue management within a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of management.
