Salary: £62,000 per annum (DOE) + 45% commission on all revenue

Role Description

In this exciting role, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships. Your expertise in recruitment will be key in identifying and securing top talent for our clients.

  • You'll work closely with our delivery team to fill critical roles within the GTM, Product, and Engineering spaces.
  • Your goal is to establish strong connections with potential clients and position us as their go-to partner for recruitment services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of success in new business development and account management within recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
