About the Role

The Head of Telesales is a key position within our client's business, responsible for delivering against the internal sales strategy for the SME Telesales team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and drive results for SME Appointment booking, identifying trends, successes and challenges to inform the internal sales strategy.
  2. Work with Team Leaders to drive effective lead management, conversion and up-selling across the Sales Exec population.
  3. Report on daily, weekly, monthly & annual Appointment setting performance, together with management of Sales Team Leaders.
  4. Provide regular training, development and 1-2-1's to the team.
  5. Increase the growth potential within existing accounts & new clients using all available data to make informed dialling choices.
  6. Be a commercial figurehead for Appointment / Opportunity creation and delivery of commercial revenues.
  7. Lead strategic projects as required.
  8. Improve and drive cross-sell performance across the business.
  9. Develop and implement plans for BDE effectiveness, process, retention, renewals and client relationship management.
  10. Deliver against commercial / sales objectives.
  11. Analyse, interpret and act upon data.

What We Offer

The Head of Telesales will be based in Manchester, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days on site and 2 days from home.

Salary and Benefits

A highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE, plus a generous bonus/commission and enhanced benefits package.
