About the Role

As a Chief Growth Officer for Construction and Manufacturing, you will be responsible for driving growth, development, and reinvention across our North West, Birmingham, and Scottish businesses.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a MD, CEO, or in a senior executive leadership role within the construction, manufacturing, or building envelope industry. They will have an interest in learning about building envelope systems, construction methodologies, and industry trends.

We are looking for a targeted and structured thinker who is creative and entrepreneurial in their approach, with the vision and drive to initiate change. The successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Experience of change management through growth periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that can be demonstrated tangibly.
  • Upscaling experience of production facilities and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not essential).

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
