We're seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to guide a team of 60-80 travel consultants. You'll empower them to grow their businesses and achieve lifestyle aspirations.
- Your Responsibilities
Clever Coach: Share travel industry expertise with your team.
- Business Advisor: Identify business opportunities and teach your team to do the same.
- Savvy Sales Person: Excel at closing deals and teach your team the art.
- Creative Communicator: Explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Magical Marketeer: Collaborate with our marketing team to provide your team with marketing tools.
- Data Analyst: Track the progress and performance of your team.
Key Requirements:
- A competitive salary between £40,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of the industry and its products.
- Experience running a successful business.
- A recognised coaching qualification (ILM level 5 or similar).
