An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team in Richmond. As a Staff Nurse, you will work closely with GP practices and other partners to provide high-quality, holistic care for people in their own homes and residential settings.
About the RoleThis role requires an experienced clinician with team-working and communication skills, delivering effective evidence-based care to a defined demographic population with diverse healthcare and social needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical care, innovative practice, and support to the District Nurse Sister and Clinical Lead.
- Support patients with highly complex and often high acuity needs to prevent unnecessary hospital admission.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing.
- Experience of Multi-disciplinary working.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice.
