We are looking for a skilled Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team in Richmond. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide clinical care, innovative practice, and support to the District Nurse Sister and Clinical Lead.

About the Job

This role requires an experienced clinician with team-working and communication skills, delivering effective evidence-based care to a defined demographic population with diverse healthcare and social needs.

Main Duties
  • Provide high-quality, holistic care for people in their own homes and residential settings.
  • Support patients with highly complex and often high acuity needs to prevent unnecessary hospital admission.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing.
  • Experience of Multi-disciplinary working.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice.
