Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting realistic goals
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love of learning
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • PGCE or equivalent qualification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 5 students in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
