Nursery Educator Professional

KiddyKare is a well-established nursery in Richmond, seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary starting from £27,000. Company benefits include:

The successful Early Years Educator will be responsible for:
- Fulfilling safeguarding duties, ensuring children's safety and reporting concerns appropriately
- Developing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Effectively delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to meet individual children's needs
- Maintaining a commitment to ongoing learning and development, adapting to feedback and acquiring necessary skills
- Understanding and complying with policies and procedures, seeking support when needed
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or above
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around £27,000-£30,000 annually, based on location and experience.
