We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated teacher to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our school community.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
- Manage Classroom Behavior: Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (minimum 2:2) and valid teaching certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching (preferably 2 years) with a strong track record of inspiring and motivating students.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
