Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  1. Ensure the safety and well-being of children under their care, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  3. Deliver high-quality education tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, catering to individual children's needs and interests
  4. Maintain a commitment to professional growth, embracing feedback and developing the skills necessary for success
  5. Comprehensively understand and comply with all applicable policies and procedures, seeking guidance when needed

This role requires a qualified Early Years Educator, ideally holding a Level 2 qualification or higher.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately £27,000-£30,000, considering factors such as location and experience.
