We're seeking a highly skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Richmond, London. As an experienced professional, you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning journey of our young students and contribute to their growth and development.
Salary: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £27,231.95 to £28,274.40 per annum, commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
The role will involve creating engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, fostering strong partnerships with parents and carers, and ensuring the highest standards of child welfare, protection, and safety.
You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment that promotes the well-being of all children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and reflect on activities that promote learning and development;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents and carers;
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, and safety;
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment.
Requirements:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification;
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting;
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging;
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection legislation.
