Early Years Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Richmond Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote child development and foster strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety while maintaining a positive and safe environment.
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.
- A competitive salary starting from £27,231.95 - £28,274.40 per annum.
- Up to 33 days holiday per year, with the option to buy additional days.
