Lincolnshire Archives Caretaker Role

We are seeking an experienced caretaker to join our team at Lincolnshire Archives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the site's security and upkeep, including the unlocking and locking of the site, supervising contractors, conducting health and safety checks, and performing minor repairs.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a varied and interesting environment where you will have the chance to take on new challenges and use your skills to make a real difference.
You will need to have previous experience working in a building maintenance role or similar, and be able to work independently using your own initiative. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,183 - £26,409 per annum, along with a contributory pension, comprehensive benefits package, flexible working policies, career progression opportunities, and generous annual leave entitlement.
