Financial Director of NHS Lincolnshire

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

The NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board is seeking an exceptional Financial Director to join its Finance & Contracting Directorate. As a key member of the Senior Finance Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the delivery of the ICB's vision and objectives.

As Financial Director, you will provide financial leadership and guidance to programme areas and support the development of financial plans and strategies. You will work closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that financial decisions are informed by accurate and timely data.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality financial services. This includes identifying training needs, developing training programmes, and evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations. You should also have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
