Job Summary: Lincolnshire County Council Systems Liaison

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Systems Liaison for Lincolnshire County Council. As a key member of our Service Support Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of industry-specific systems and technology, supporting the development of new processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have expertise in system management, quality standards, and service delivery. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with internal teams and building effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • You will maintain and develop industry-specific systems and technology.
  • You will support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to achieve service improvement objectives.
  • You will build and maintain positive working relationships with commissioners, their teams/partners, and across service areas.

The Salary:
