Job Description: Service Support Specialist

About the Role:

As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service support to Lincolnshire County Council. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder relationships.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing services, developing new processes, and maintaining positive working relationships. You should also have knowledge of industry-specific systems and technology.

  • You will design and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to develop new ways of working.
  • You will build and maintain effective relationships with commissioners, their teams/partners, and across service areas.
  • You will ensure the smooth operation of industry-specific systems and technology.

The Salary:

This role offers a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, plus benefits including a contributory pension, comprehensive benefits package, flexible working policies, and career progression opportunities.
