Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our Domestic Abuse team in London, working 37.5 hours a week in a hybrid model of working from home and our London office.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference every day by supporting our service and contributing to change and improvement for those who need it.
The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work effectively with a focus on customer service and care.

About the Role:
As a Support Specialist, you will provide a high-quality and responsive administrative function for the service, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries into the service. You will support the Head and Deputy Heads of service with general administrative duties such as updating and maintaining database and case management systems, collating data reports, external communication, social media, updating directory records for other services, updating local websites with relevant information, and taking minutes from team meetings.
You will be required to have an understanding and knowledge of an active commitment to promoting equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity, ability to work without direct supervision, prioritise workload and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests in a structured, organised and methodical manner, understanding of confidentiality and safe working practices, in accordance with safeguarding and data protection legislation, excellent IT and administrative skills and experience including the use of Microsoft Excel and Office packages, and high resilience and ability to work under pressure.
