About the Role: We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Highways Officer to join our team at Lincolnshire County Council. As a key member of our highways infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of our services across the county. Your duties will include leading on highway inspections and safety repairs, working with internal teams to develop and implement new projects, and providing guidance and support to our Local Highways teams.

A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum is offered, along with a contributory pension, comprehensive benefits package, flexible working policies, career progression opportunities and generous annual leave entitlement.
