Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly Cost and Value accounts, complying with accounting policies and requirements.
  • Control costs, balance sheet, and cashflow performance, acting as a financial partner to leadership teams.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to understand and influence business performance and manage risks.
  • Provide constructive challenge and input into project/contract review meetings, preparing budgets and analysing performance against budget.
  • Lead, develop, and coach individuals to build high-performing teams and create a talent pipeline.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in contracting or projects background (preferable).
  • Experience in ERPs, including Oracle (advantageous).
  • Good data and Excel skills, with the ability to work with complex big data sets.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a fully funded training package worth up to £6,500 per annum.
