Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in financial planning and analysis, who are passionate about delivering high-quality financial insights and reports.

About the Role:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting performance reporting analysis to stakeholders, designing and delivering the annual budget, and providing cost analysis and insights. You will also work closely with the Head of FP&A to continuously improve the FP&A processes.

What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a FP&A team, preferably in a growing organization. You should also have experience within the manufacturing or similar industry, senior stakeholder management skills, and strong analytical and communication skills. Additionally, you will need experience with interpreting and providing insights on financial data, building and reviewing financial models, and improvement projects within FP&A.

Salary and Benefits:
