Financial Analysis Role in a Multinational Business

Hertfordshire, with flexible hybrid working options. A competitive salary of £52,000 - 60,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified or final stage accountant to join a leading FTSE listed business, renowned for its outstanding culture and career progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work as a Financial Analyst within a large multinational corporation, providing financial information and business partnering/decision support to key stakeholders across the group.

As a Finance Analyst, you will be involved in various duties, including financial analysis, financial insight, financial planning, budgets, forecasts, and periodic reporting. You will also have exposure to strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders to deliver transformation projects, margin enhancement projects, and capital investment projects.

We are looking for:

  1. A qualified or final stage CIMA, ACA, ACCA professional.
  2. Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Management Accountant, or Finance Business Partner. Candidates from practice backgrounds are considered.
  3. Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
  4. The ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills (written and oral).
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
