We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Inclusion Team as the Inclusion Strategy Lead. This fixed-term position will last 2 years and requires overseeing the delivery of mainstream provision across the county.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of national legislation and local policies related to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Inclusion. Experience influencing leadership thinking and policy development in relation to inclusion is essential.

About the Role

">

This role involves leading a team of Quality and Effectiveness Leads, ensuring statutory requirements are met, and driving improvements in inclusion. The postholder will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Lincolnshire's mainstream Hub provision within host mainstream schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective inclusion strategies to support children with SEND">
  • Collaborate with mainstream schools, Social Care, and other agencies to deliver Local Authority strategies related to SEND and Inclusion">
  • Lead a team of Quality and Effectiveness Leads to drive improvements in inclusion and quality of provision">

About Our Offer
