About the Role

The Inclusive Education Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that all students receive an inclusive education, regardless of their abilities or needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for students with SEND.

Key Responsibilities
  • To act as a single point of contact for families and professionals regarding Education Health and Care Plans.
  • To work within the legislative national framework, local policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • To assess and review processes to continually improve provision for children and young people with SEND.
  • To interpret legislation and best practice to inform placement decisions.
  • To contribute to the delivery of the best possible outcomes and raised attainment for pupils with SEND.
