The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This SEN leadership professional will oversee the school's inclusion faculty, ensuring high-quality SEND teaching, support, and assessment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SEND legislation, teaching, and assessment practices.

  • Lead and manage the Inclusion Faculty, promoting a culture of inclusivity and driving the development of whole-school SEND policies and practices.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement best practices and ensure resources are used effectively to support student progress.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to ensure best practice in SEND teaching and differentiation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the school community. A deep understanding of SEND legislation and teaching practices is essential.
