We're looking for an exceptional Senior Highways Officer to join our team at Lincolnshire County Council As a key member of our highways infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of our services across the county. With a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, you'll work closely with our Local Highways teams to deliver projects that benefit the community.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading on highway inspections and safety repairs
  • Working with internal teams to develop and implement new projects
  • Providing guidance and support to our Local Highways teams
