Commercial Estate Advisor:

We require an experienced Commercial Estate Advisor to join our team at North East Lincolnshire Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on our commercial estate portfolio, ensuring maximum efficiency and value for the council.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing estate management and valuation advice
  • Supporting the technical development of staff in all property matters
  • Liaising with stakeholders on property-related matters

Salary and Package:

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in estate management and valuation to provide advice on our commercial estate portfolio. To be successful, you should be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with post-qualification experience in local authority property matters.
