About Our Company

Golf Recruitment Central is a leading provider of golf club software solutions, serving over 800 clubs and courses across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our golf systems support team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond quickly to customer requests via phone, online chat, or email;
  • Diagnostics and resolve technical issues with MiClub products, including the MiScore digital golf scoring app;
  • Manage detailed ticket information and communicate effectively with customers;
  • Employ a logical approach to troubleshooting and provide solutions to customer problems;
  • Understand client business objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience in golf operations, preferably at an on-course golf shop or in golf club administration;
  • Knowledge of Australian handicapping system and golf competition types;
  • Basic level of knowledge of IT systems – hardware, software, and networking;
  • Reliable transport and a current Australian driver's license.
