A full-time position is available as a Customer Support Specialist for our Melbourne office in Seaford. The successful applicant must have permanent Australian work rights, a current driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Job Summary
This role involves providing exceptional customer service while employing a logical approach to troubleshooting issues with MiClub products, including the MiScore digital golf scoring app. Tasks include monitoring and responding quickly to customer requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, creating and maintaining detailed ticket information, and managing your own tasks and issues as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, online chats, and emails regarding issues or questions about MiClub products.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MiClub products.
- Issue Management: Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues encountered.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Compensation Package
A salary of approximately $75,000 per annum is expected, commensurate with experience. A negotiable package will be offered based on qualifications and performance.
