Customer Support Specialist Opportunity
Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cornwall, Canada. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients, completing transactions, and identifying sales opportunities. You will also focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a passion for putting clients first, as well as success in hands-on, target-driven solutions environments. You should have drive and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
