Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies for student success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualised support and guidance to students with challenging behaviour and diverse learning needs in academic and social settings.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create and adapt learning materials that meet the specific needs of students with diverse learning styles.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with Autism and ADHD.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for effectively supporting students with SEN.
  • Patience and empathy when working with students who have diverse learning needs.
