Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will own interactions from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Troubleshoot technical platform issues
  • Advise clients on best practices and use cases
  • Assist with urgent needs and escalate complex issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Attentive platform and mobile marketing
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
  • A strong growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity
  • Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not required
About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
