**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Segensworth North, Fareham, Hampshire. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will have experience in customer management, commercial negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of products and services. You will be required to deliver on commitments, be proactive, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
