Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving ongoing issues, and ensuring a quality service is delivered. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships at a site level
- Keeping up to date with all company admin and courses
- Highlighting technical skills gaps and reporting back to Regional Service Managers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the coffee machine or vending industry
- Competent using phones and laptop
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal integrity
- Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks
