About the Job

Golf Recruitment Central is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Technical Help Desk Representative. This is a full-time position located at our Melbourne office in Seaford.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to clients using MiClub products, including the MiScore digital golf scoring app. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to MiClub products efficiently and effectively.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with MiClub products and technical IT skills is advantageous but not necessary.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary package, ranging from $72,500 to $92,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development.
