Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day office support to our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including reading and actioning emails, printing and distributing relevant documents, and following up on tasks as necessary.
  • Document Management: Manage the post, filing, and other relevant document management systems to ensure effective retrieval of documents when required.
  • Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including social services, domiciliary practices, and next of kin, as required.
  • Financial Management: Support with daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounting tasks, including dealing with funded nursing care.
  • Reporting: Assist with monthly invoicing and accounting tasks, as well as regular reporting and monitoring progress.
  • Project Support: Support with projects and new initiatives to develop the business, including preparing, collecting, and analyzing surveys, and updating website and brochures.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing the clocking system and care beans.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent time management skills while keeping sight of goals amid all pressures.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
