We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a meticulous and committed Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team at Community Housing.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the Asset Management division, ensuring that all Asset Management functions are executed with precision. Your responsibilities will include the thorough management of documentation, ensuring all records are accurately submitted, organized, and stored in the appropriate systems. You will also be responsible for validating and processing invoices while overseeing financial and budgetary controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining precise financial documentation for projects, including valuations and payments.
  2. Keeping detailed records of any changes to agreed-upon works/projects and analyzing the delivery and financial implications of these changes.
  3. Ensuring that asset management initiatives are properly initiated by verifying adherence to established procedures at every stage.
  4. Overseeing building contracts and agreements, and updating property records for completed projects in collaboration with colleagues in the asset management team.
  5. Possessing a solid understanding of asset management projects, including terminology and techniques related to building construction.
  6. Demonstrating knowledge of contracts and contract management, with the capability to review complex contractual documents and service agreements.
  7. Maintaining clear and comprehensive records for audit purposes, funding, project valuations, invoice processing, and service charge management.
