About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at London Doctors Clinic. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and Maintaining Diaries and Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clinical staff, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Managing Health Surveillance Schedules: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating health surveillance schedules, ensuring that all necessary records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting in the Production of OH Monthly Reports and Statistics: You will assist in the preparation and production of monthly reports and statistics, ensuring that all necessary data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • General Admin: You will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including uploading clinical data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Taking Meeting Notes and Producing Minutes: You will be responsible for taking meeting notes and producing minutes, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Engaging with Clients and Other External Services: You will be responsible for engaging with clients and other external services, ensuring that all necessary communication is accurate and timely.
  • Managing Emails and Spire OH Referrals Inbox: You will be responsible for managing emails and the Spire OH referrals inbox, ensuring that all necessary communication is accurately recorded and responded to.
  • Managing Office Facilities: You will be responsible for managing office facilities, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are maintained and up-to-date.
About You
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Strong Administrative and Computer Skills: You will have strong administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Relationship Builder: You will be able to build strong relationships with clients and other external services, ensuring that all necessary communication is accurate and timely.
  • Time Management Skills: You will have strong time management skills, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
