We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a temporary contract for a period of time on behalf of James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions).
The position is a full-time role (35 hours per week) that requires strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the employee lifecycle, handling HR inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries
- Issuing employment contracts and offer letters
- Communicating with payroll regarding salary changes
- Providing support to the HR Advisory team as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of HR documentation
- Conducting reference checks and verifying employee eligibility to work
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Please note that recent experience in a similar role is required for this position.
