Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Process and reconcile purchase and sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct statement reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Provide credit control support, including minimal credit control activities
- Reconcile bank statements, including client accounts, and maintain accurate records
- Process prepayments and accruals, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the fixed asset register and process credit card statements
- Monitor debtors and creditors, and maintain accurate records
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing management accounts
- Reconcile sales and cost accounts
- Provide support with nominal HR tasks, including record keeping and filing
- Prepare weekly payment runs

**Requirements**

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
