Core Duties

Onboarding:

Generate offer letters and contracts for Support Centre and Logistics personnel.Verify Legal Right to Work in the UK for the entire organization and produce reports on expiring visas to maintain compliance.Conduct appropriate reference checks for new employees based on their roles.Oversee and track recruitment incentive programs.

Transitions:

Create contractual amendments and correspondence for the entire organization.Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding the HR system, acting as a systems administrator and ensuring the central personnel database (Dayforce) is current and precise.Tasked with updating and maintaining the central personnel system (Dayforce) with all modifications related to roles, salaries, locations, line managers, and filing.Process internal transfers and assist with recruitment for Autocentre and Retail staff.Draft secondment letters for all employees, making necessary adjustments in Dayforce and managing monthly reports regarding the commencement or extension of secondments.Responsible for implementing Flexible Working modifications in Dayforce.

Offboarding:

Effectively manage the offboarding process for Support Centre and Logistics personnel and generate offboarding letters.Calculate holiday balances for employees across the organization.Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure the processing of final payments.Assist Payroll with overpayment issues by drafting correspondence and establishing payment plans.Provide references for departing employees.

Administrative Support:

Oversee and manage the People Support inbox.Conduct weekly and monthly reporting to assist with business-as-usual tasks.Support data collection for audits.Process invoices for the HR team.Perform general administrative duties and project work as needed.
