  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including reading and actioning emails, printing and distributing relevant documents, and following up on tasks as necessary.
  • Document Management: Manage the post, filing, and document management systems, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including social services, domiciliary practices, and next of kin, as required.
  • Financial Management: Assist with daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounting tasks, including dealing with funded nursing care.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, including CQC reports and online monitoring progress.
  • Research: Conduct background research as requested.
  • Filing and Maintenance: Maintain filing systems, including contractual, legislative, and personnel files.
